Greenwood Shawl Knit-a-Long
This Knit-a-Long is in Process now...not too late to join
This shawl can be knit as a rectangle or wedge and in various types and weights of yarn. The class is free and you will get a 20% discount on supplies. Pattern is available for $6.00.
Come in and we will help you consider all your options. After the first class, help will be available during our social knitting hours. If we need to special order the yarn you select, it will take at least 10 days to arrive, so come in soon to insure you have all the yarn required for the shawl.
Learn to Knit
Tuesday mornings we will have a "Learn to Knit Group" from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm. Call ahead so we know you're coming.
Learn to Crochet
Friday afternoons we will have a "Learn to Crochet Group" from 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm. Call ahead so we know you're coming.
Knitting Help and Support
Although this technically is not a class, there is always help and support during our social knitting groups. If you're having trouble getting started, need help learning a new stitch, or trying to figure out how to fix a mistake, we will gladly help with no fee!
German Short Rows Class

Butterfly/Papillon Shawl Knit-a-Long

This is a complicated looking shawl with line-to-line directions that make it a lot easier than it looks! You will amaze your friends when it is completed. Susan Youngren will be here to help people get started and show you how easy it is to do short rows if you haven’t done them before. Come in and let us help you pick out your colors. Yarn is always 15% off for knit-a-longs.
Knitting Sox - Magic Loop Method

Custom Fit Sweater Class

Sally Meeker, owner of The Clever Ewe in Ada, MI, is coming to teach knitters how to knit a custom fit sweater using Amy Herzog's new program which computes YOUR measurements, yarn choice, and needle size to ensure a custom fit.
